Ogden Amphitheater Rules
Ogden Amphitheater wants every guest and music fan to have a comfortable and memorable visit to the venue. To make this happen, they’ve created a set of policies and guidelines that all guests must follow. Please take the time to read and understand the following rules and policies. Failure to abide by them may result in expulsion without refund.

ADA Policy
There are several spots that can accommodate for ADA seating both in the fixed seating area and on the surrounding grassy areas. Be advised, this is first come first serve seating. If assistance is required, grab the attention of an Amphitheater employee.
More on Wheelchairs & Mobility Devices
All patrons are encouraged to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and medical scooters. Jazzy Scooters cannot be accommodated. All bags and baskets are subject to search by gate security.
ADA-Approved Pathways
The Venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities, however there is both grass and cobblestone surfaces that might hinder speed and comfortability.
Viewing Areas
Elevated platforms that assist in sightlines for ADA attendees and companions are located at the top of the sloped grass. Access ramps are found from connected cobblestone pavers.
- Viewing Areas are non-smoking.
- Attendees are not allowed to save spots.
- A limited number of chairs are available in the ADA area.
- Companions may be asked to stand if capacity is reached.
- ADA platforms are located in the GA section.
- VIP section has limited accessibility. Strong discretion advised for VIP ticket purchases.
Alcohol Policy
Utah State Law prohibits the possession and consumption of outside alcohol including beer & wine on premise.
Animal Policy
Only service dogs are permitted on the grounds of the Ogden Amphitheater. Special events that rent the amphitheater may adjust this rule as they see fit. Please see the specific event rules for each event. All guests are expected to clean up after themselves and their companions.
Cooler Policy
Utah State Law prohibits the possession and consumption of outside alcohol including beer and wine on premise. Most events do not allow you to bring your own coolers and beverages, but the venue may offer a variety of items to purchase once inside.

- ALL bags subject to search at entrance
- YES Common items such as: Hand sanitizer (travel size) & baby Wipes, Lighters, Lip Balm, Makeup, Phones & Chargers, Sunglasses, Gum & Mints, etc.
- YES Hats, bandanas, & scarves
- YES Ogden Twilight refillable cup
- Empty when entering venue
- YES Water bottles
- No Metal or Glass
- 40oz or less
- Empty when entering venue
- YES Bota bags, hydration packs
- Empty when entering venue
- YES Cigarettes, E-Cigs, vape pens
- No AVPs, Mods, or liquid Refills for Vapes
- Must be consumed in designated area
- YES Ear plugs & Noise Reduction devices

- NO Glass, metal, aluminum, or steel containers
- Including refillable water bottles
- NO Audio recording devices
- NO Video cameras
- NO No professional Camera/equipment, Go Pros
- NO Selfie Sticks, tripods
- NO Drones or remote control vehicles or toys
- NO laptop computers or tablets
- NO Laser pointers
- NO Massagers
- NO Flashlights
- NO No Binoculars
- NO Aerosol Products
- Including sunscreen
- NO Air Horns
- NO Chains
- Including chain wallets and belts
- Or clothing that incorporates chains
- NO Flammables
- Including fireworks, explosives, road flairs
- NO Flyers, samples, giveaways, promotional items
- NO Musical Instruments
- NO Kites or sky lanterns
- NO Personal vehicles
- Bicycles, skates, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, Segway’s, electric scooters (birds, limes), etc.
- Personal mobility devices for ADA guests are allowed
- NO Water guns, toy guys, or slingshots
- NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia
Umbrella Policy
Certain events in the amphitheater such as Ogden Twilight do not allow umbrellas, chairs and blankets. Please check the event promoter website for event specific rules. In general, Umbrellas and chairs are allowed, but please be courteous of other guests. Low chairs are welcome at some events, please be courteous of other guests and sit farther back.
Shade canopies are permitted for use by approved vendors for specific events, but must be weighted down on all four corners by at least 40lb weights.
